The Bijadla Nature Trail project was established on an unused, dilapidated site of a former agricultural cooperative in the historic area of Merklín near Přeštice known as Bijadla.

The building was renovated, and indoor exhibits were created that focus on nature, wildlife, hunting, agriculture, and traditional crafts. In the outdoor enclosures, visitors can see live wildlife native to our region, including deer, fallow deer, mouflons, wild boars, pheasants, ducks, and wild rabbits. Over the past year, both the indoor exhibits and the outdoor enclosures have been expanded. During the summer break, summer and day camps are also held on the grounds.
